Statistical foundations of Leblanc Diagnostics’ Board Effectiveness Survey endorsed

29 September 2006 Dr John Henstridge, principal consultant statistician of Data Analysis Australia, designed the statistical themes and methods for the analysis and reporting used in Leblanc Diagnostics’ Board Effectiveness Survey.

In a letter written to Leblanc Diagnostics, Dr Henstridge validated the statistical foundations of the tool.

“The analysis and reporting are based on cutting edge statistical techniques that lead to a tool that Chairs, Directors, Company Secretaries and General Counsel can use to understand the effectiveness of their Board with a high level of confidence that the issues raised are real and significant, not just random observations,” he said.
